Barak has extensive experience litigating complex energy, business and real estate actions, for clients ranging from Fortune 500 Companies to the individual. Barak’s legal experience crosses several industries from the technology sector to the real estate industry to oil and gas products, apparel and financial products.

Barak is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice in all District Courts in California and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Further, Barak is an attorney member of the Supreme Court of the United States.
